About The Black Bear Lodge

Located in the heart of the White Mountains at the end of the road in Waterville Valley Resort lies The Black Bear Lodge. Situated amongst 770,000 acres of some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere, you'll find one of the Northeast's biggest outdoor playgrounds. The Black Bear Lodge is an all-suite hotel with 107 individually owned units which comfortably sleep six people.

The Black Bear Lodge has all of the amenities you'll find in a condominium style hotel. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and bedroom featuring a queen bed and twin bed with trundle. A pull-down Murphy bed in the living room provides another sleeping area.

The Black Bear Lodge has an indoor/outdoor pool, outdoor whirlpool spa, exercise room, sauna and steam room, game room, pool table, two conference rooms and a large living room area with field stone fireplace.

If that isn't enough, we also give you an activities pass to the White Mountain Athletic Club, which gives you access to the indoor and outdoor pools, cardiovascular room, indoor track, and weight room. For a nominal fee, the health club also offers indoor tennis, racquetball and massage therapy by appointment.
