A 50% deposit is required in advance to secure the room
Cancellation notice is required 15 days prior to arrival for full refund of deposit.

All rates beginning May 28th through October 17th include all summer unlimited activities. Two hour mountain bike rental per day, 9 holes of golf per day, one hour canoe, kayak or pedal boat rental, unlimited time on the outdoor clay tennis courts, admission to the White Mountain Athletic Club, one chair lift ride per day and unlimited use of the resort wide shuttle.
