fun in Waterville Valley

Here are the fun family activities included with your lodging:

• Park, Stay, and Play! Waterville Valley Shuttle – Hop on our open air trolley for quick transport between each of our activities, or simply enjoy a leisurely scenic ride around the valley. Keep in mind, Waterville Valley is a pedestrian-friendly village, so once you’re here you can leave your car parked and easily get around on foot.

• Bike Rentals – We will help you find the right mountain bike and the perfect ride around the village or on one of our scenic trails. We have a wide variety of easy, moderate, and more challenging trails for you to choose from (two hours daily per person).

• Recreation Department - Open gym programs are included. Plus, one day of day camp per child (ages 4-12) on stays of 3+ nights.

• Snow's Mountain Chair Lift – Take a ride up Snow's Mountain Lift for a round trip scenic ride, or hike down along pristine trails. Adventuresome? Take a bike and ride down! (One ride per person, per stay).

• White Mountain Athletic Club - Unlimited use of the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, whirlpools, saunas, weight rooms, and cardiovascular room.

• Waterville Valley Tennis Center - Unlimited court time on one of our 18 beautiful outdoor clay courts with spectacular views of the White Mountains.

• Waterville Valley Golf Club - Play on our recently renovated nine-hole course which features 1800 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 30. The course rating is 29 and it has a slope rating of 100 on Blue grass. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Boating on Corcoran's Pond - A fleet of over 30 kayaks, pedal boats and canoes are available at the Town Square dock (One hour daily per person).

And that's just the beginning. We're right in the middle of the 770,000 acres White Mountain National Forest where you'll find endless hiking trails, world-class trout fishing, skate park and camps, and ice skating (in the indoor arena). Plus, a full schedule of summer concerts, family events and entertainment including Shakespeare in the Valley, Children’s Theatre, the Rey Center and don’t forget to check out the home of everyone’s favorite monkey, Curious George’s Cottage.

All activities are subject to seasonal availability. Please check with your reservationist for specific requests, particularly in early and late summer.
